Fasset FZE holds a VASP Licence from VARA, number VL/23/07/002, and the register showed it as Active on . The licensed activity is Broker-Dealer Services, not Exchange Services, so Fasset FZE is a broker-dealer and not an exchange.
The plate titled Register entry lists the fields of the register and nothing else. One of them is CMA Registration Number CMA-VASP-0100000-0010, printed here as a register field only: the body that issued it and what it permits have not been confirmed.
Two more points are open. The company registration number of Fasset FZE is to be confirmed. One page of fasset.com shows a second Dubai address for the company (Office 2901, Boulevard Plaza Tower 1); this page uses the address on the register.

Stated by the entity
Commercial registration: CR No. 175702-1. Registered office: Office 211, Building 120, Road 3803, Block 338, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.
In its user agreement the company says it is “licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain with a Category-3 License”. No licence number or register link is published on fasset.com, so the statement is the entity's own.
Fasset Labuan Limited (Labuan, Malaysia)
To be confirmed
Fasset Labuan Limited is incorporated under the laws of the Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia. Registered office: Jalan Merdeka, Unit Level 14 (B) & 14 (C), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Labuan Complex, Labuan, Malaysia. It provides the Fasset Card and is the contracting party in the global user agreement. Its Global VIBAN terms say that service is outside the company's regulated or licensed activities.
Status with the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA): to be confirmed. No licence number appears on fasset.com. A press report dated 7 October 2025 said Fasset had received an approval for an Islamic digital bank in Malaysia. It is not a register entry, and this page does not describe Fasset Labuan Limited as licensed or as a bank.
PT Gerbang Aset Digital (Indonesia)
No licence claimed
The group privacy policy lists PT Gerbang Aset Digital as “Fasset Indonesia”. No licence is claimed for it here, and Fasset does not present itself as licensed in Indonesia. Its company number is to be confirmed.
FTL TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (Türkiye) and FTL EURO UAB (Lithuania)
No licence claimed
The group privacy policy lists them as “Fasset Turkey” and “Fasset Lithuania”. No licence or permit is claimed for either. Their company numbers and regulatory status are to be confirmed.
No Fasset entity states a licence in Pakistan.
What Fasset is not
Fasset is not a bank. No page of fasset.com states a banking licence for any Fasset company. Balances are not bank deposits, and no deposit guarantee scheme or investor compensation scheme applies to them.
Fasset FZE is a broker-dealer, not an exchange, and its licence is a Dubai licence.
