Privacy notice
This notice explains which Fasset entity is responsible for your personal data, what is collected when you open an account or use the app, who it is shared with (including the identity-verification vendor), and how to ask for access, correction or deletion.
Last updated . Version 1.0.
In short
- The Fasset company that provides your service is responsible for your data.
- Identity checks are run with Jumio, the vendor named in the user agreement.
- To see, correct or delete your data, write to [email protected].
Who is responsible for your data
The group privacy policy on fasset.com lists six companies: Fasset FZE (Dubai), Fasset Financial Services W.L.L. (Bahrain), Fasset Labuan Limited (Labuan, Malaysia), PT Gerbang Aset Digital (Indonesia), FTL TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (Türkiye) and FTL EURO UAB (Lithuania).
The company that provides your service decides why and how your data is used. For customers in Dubai who buy and sell virtual assets, that is Fasset FZE, licensed by the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) under licence VL/23/07/002. The terms of use say which entity you contract with, and the licences page lists the Fasset legal entities and licences.
This page is a plain-language summary. The privacy policies published on fasset.com remain the binding documents.

Categories, purposes and the legal basis for each are to be confirmed against the group privacy policy.
Who we share data with
- Jumio, the identity verification vendor named in the Fasset user agreement.
- The custody technology provider. Fasset FZE names Fireblocks as its partner.
- Card and payment partners that issue the card and move money.
- Regulators, courts and law-enforcement bodies, where the law requires it.
- Other companies of the Fasset group that help provide your service.
The names of the card and payment partners, and what each recipient receives, are to be confirmed.
Retention, transfers and your rights
How long each category is kept is to be confirmed. The group has companies in the UAE, Bahrain, Malaysia, Indonesia, Türkiye and Lithuania, so your data may be handled outside the country you live in.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to some uses. Write to [email protected] from your account email, or contact Fasset through the help-centre form. If the answer does not satisfy you, follow the complaints procedure.
Cookies and analytics
The pages of this concept set no cookies and load no analytics. The live fasset.com loaded Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot on 6 October 2026, so the published notice must name each tool, say what it records and for how long, and explain how to refuse it.
