Using your account

To open an account you must be an adult, live in a country the service covers and pass an identity check, which Fasset runs with Jumio. The minimum age and the list of countries are to be confirmed.

You must give accurate information, use the account only for yourself and for lawful purposes, and keep your password, 2FA codes and recovery codes to yourself. Fasset never asks for them.

Fees, limits and changes

The page of fees and limits is the source of record for costs, with detail on the Fasset Card and Fasset USD account pages. How Fasset tells you about a change to fees or terms, and how much notice you get, is to be confirmed.

Suspension, closure and liability

An agreement can allow the company to pause or close an account, for example when an identity check fails or the law requires it, and it limits what the company is liable for. The grounds, the notice and the limits are in the agreement that applies to you.

Governing law and disputes

The governing law and the place where disputes are heard differ by entity and are to be confirmed for each. Before any formal step, follow the Fasset complaints procedure.
